Building a Robust Fandom Beyond D2C. Atelier de LUMEN project is a case in point, starting from redefining the brand's intrinsic values and direction with Biggrow, to designing and implementing a sophisticated growth strategy. We engineered a media mechanism where Atelier de LUMEN’s brand heritage directly translates into revenue, transcending simple commerce. By implementing a CRO strategy that aesthetically curates the brand’s unique archive, we realized both enhanced brand value and scaled sales performance.
