BGROW (“we”) treats personal information with care and follows the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related regulations.
This policy sets out what we collect on bgrow.co.kr, why, how long we keep it, and who processes it on our behalf.
Items collected
We only collect what you enter yourself, in the situations below.

Country is derived from the connecting IP address, but the IP address itself is never stored. Visitor identifiers are random values held in your browser and are not linked to your name or contact details.
Purpose of use
- Replying to enquiries and discussing proposals or contracts
- Running the hiring process and informing applicants of the outcome
- Answering live chat and keeping the conversation history
- Analysing site usage statistics and improving the service
We do not use personal information for any other purpose.
Retention period
We destroy data without delay once its purpose is met, except for the periods below.

Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except with your consent or when a law enforcement authority requests it through lawful procedure.

We rely on the following providers to run the service.

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are also passed to our own sales management system (os.bgrow.co.kr), which is internal processing.

Rights of the data subject
You may ask at any time to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information. Contact us below and we will act without delay and tell you the result.
Destruction of data
Data past its retention period or purpose is destroyed irreversibly. Electronic files are deleted; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Security measures
- Access to personal information is limited to the smallest possible number of staff, with managed permissions.
- The admin interface is restricted to signed-in users.
- The whole site is served over HTTPS.
- Submitted files such as job application documents are stored outside any directly reachable path.
- Connecting IP addresses are not stored; they are used momentarily only to determine country.
